Looking for a space to film that’s bigger than your closet? Our photo and film studio is the perfect space to take your content to the next level. No insurance or no permits required on small bookings, you just pay rent, everything else is included. Your booking also includes paper backdrops, soft boxes, a ring light and umbrella lights. Use our makeup stations to prep for your photo shoot or film your makeup tutorials live on camera.

This industrial design space is the ideal location for is perfect for film production (stills or video), photo shoots, and commercials. With a storefront window great for cafe and restaurant shots, fully functional kitchen set and bathroom with shower, this place is perfect from smaller productions. Our creative space is in South Park, Downtown LA, located just blocks away from Staples Center, the Fashion District and Gallery Row!

Some things to note:

Come use our fully functional kitchen that works incredibly as a working set! Perfect for food videos or photos. The fully equipped functioning kitchen includes 4 burner electric stove, oven, blender, juicer and micro-wave, overhead dimmable lighting. 

Green Room and makeup room - additionally included upon request; 

Photo studio includes backdrop stand and paper backdrop, staircase usage for overhead shooting, ladder, and much more. 

Roof access perfect for music videos and photo shoots - additional, available upon request. 

 

PLEASE NOTE that the space is suitable for small productions with minimal load in/load out and small crew. For larger productions and crew please contact to INQUIRE FEE FOR LARGER PRODUCTIONS WITH TRUCK LOAD INS/LOAD OUTS.

We are very flexible and happy to work with you as long as you are transparent with us on what you are bringing in.

  2. Deposit required?    We do not take deposits. Full payment must be made to book.

  23. What are the parking and load-in / load-out options on site?    Parking meter in front of storefront. Front/street access only (no back alley). There is an LAZ paid parking lot directly across the street.
